Welcome to Santa Rosa Dance Theater

Our Mission
Santa Rosa Dance Theater was founded in September 2005 by Adele Mitchell, our Executive Director.   She was inspired by the vision and talent of our Artistic Director Tamara Statkoun.   Adele's goal was to create a school where students could experience outstanding dance instruction within a warm and nurturing environment.   Our studio, in the heart of Sonoma County, offers classes in ballet, pointe, repertory, character, and modern dance.   We welcome both tiny ballerinas and pre-professional advanced dancers.

In May, we were pleased to present our brand-new, full-length story ballet Coppelia at the Spreckels Performing Arts Center.   In December 2008, we will return with The Nutcracker, a Christmas holiday favorite.   Please join us.
